The weather has been so nice lately! We are loving the sunshine and warmer longer days. On Earth day we went to the Salmon River and found a nice big beach to make some nature art on. Coco wrote her name with some sticks and even built her own fire ring! She made a bunny out of a pinecone and pine needles. The following week we went to the Lake and made a village out of rocks and sticks. Coco's favorite part was the bed for the lady bug that she made out of moss and a leaf. We even went back the next day and were happy to see it was still there, and someone added more cool nature art to the beach!
Coco, thank you for sharing pictures of your nature art! What a neat place to create. I love the pinecone bunny! Did you light a fire in your fire ring? I'm glad you left your nature art for all to see and that someone else added even more. I hope you keep creating more art as you enjoy the warmer weather.
ReplyDeleteHi Coco,
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you've been out exploring! Your nature art is really fun to see, and fun to think that someone else added onto your creative design. The buoys in the picture of you by the lake remind me of where our class played throughout the year and observed the lake. What did you notice about the lake? Did you feel the water?
I hope you enjoy the changing weather this week!
Julia
Coco, your nature art is so lovely! You did such a wonderful job <3 I can't wait for some sunshine so we can get out to the beach and do the same :)
