Last week I went to school with my teacher Ranger Ky (my Aunt Kylie) in her van. I learned about climbing and outdoor safety and even tied my own knots! My favorite knot was the butterfly knot because it looked like a butterfly. I liked all the pretty colorful and shiny carabiners. I am excited to go outside and climb!

Coco, that sounds like so much fun! I want to go to climbing school with Ranger Ky. Did you learn how to tie a figure 8? That's one of my favorite knots. It looks like a race track. What other knots did you learn to tie? I hope you get to go climbing soon.
ReplyDeleteCoco, this sounds like such a fun adventure! Did you know that there are some great climbing spots right around McCall? In one of the climbing spots here, there's even been a Peregrine Falcon nest! I hope you get to go climbing sometime soon. Do you have an indoor space to climb?
